CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DESTRUCTIVE WINDS IN EXCESS OF 70 MPH. THIS
STORM WAS LOCATED 7 MILES EAST OF AMES...OR 10 MILES EAST OF
LIBERTY...AND MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
WINNIE...ANAHUAC...STOWELL...DAISETTA AND DEVERS.
