...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM CST THIS
EVENING THROUGH LATE MONDAY NIGHT...
* WHAT...Heavy snow and areas of blowing snow possible. Total
snow accumulations of 6 inches or more are possible.
* WHERE...Mellette, Todd, and Tripp counties.
* WHEN...From this evening through late Monday night.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on difficult travel conditions,
including during the evening commute on Monday. Winds gusting
as high as 30 mph could cause areas of blowing and drifting
snow. The cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause
frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
A Winter Storm Watch means heavy snow, strong winds, freezing
precipitation, and cold temperatures are possible. Monitor NOAA
