AFTERNOON...GRADUALLY TAPERING OFF THIS EVENING.

* WINDS...SUSTAINED WINDS OF 30 TO 35 MPH...WITH GUSTS EXCEEDING
45 MPH ARE POSSIBLE.

* IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS CAN MAKE TRAVEL DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY
IN HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.
