* AT 1230 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
THUNDERSTORMS CROSSING THROUGH AREAS WHERE UP TO FOUR INCHES OF
RAIN FELL EARLIER THIS EVENING. WHILE THE FLOOD WATERS OF EARLIER
HAD RECEDED...RENEWED RISES ARE EXPECTED. BUT THE RAIN SHOULD LAST
FOR A BRIEF TIME. THE WORST FLOODING WILL LIKELY BE AROUND TAMAQUA.

ENOUGH TO SWEEP VEHICLES OFF THE ROAD. WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED
ROADS MAKE THE SMART CHOICE...TURN AROUND...DONT DROWN.
