Existe riesgo alto de corrientes marinas.

Nade cerca de un salvavidas. Si es atrapado en una corriente marina,
relajese y flote. No nade en contra de la corriente. Si puede, nade
en direccion siguiendo la costa. Si no puede escapar, mire hacia la
costa y llame o mueva las manos para pedir ayuda.

La Vigilancia de Inundaciones Repentinas continua para

* Puerto Rico y las Islas Virgenes Americanas.

* Hasta el jueves en la tarde

* Existe riesgo alto de inundaciones repentinas a traves de Puerto
Rico y las Islas Virgenes Estadounidenses hasta el jueves en la
tarde a medida que condiciones humedas e inestables prevalezcan
durante el proximo dia aproximadamente.

* Humedad abundante combinada con buena dinamica en los niveles
altos ha aumentado el potencial para lluvia fuerte a traves de
sectores de Puerto Rico y las Islas Virgenes Estadounidenses
durante el proximo dia aproximadamente. Lluvia adicional sobre
terrenos ya saturados probablemente resultaran en deslizamientos
de tierra en areas de terreno empinado.

MEDIDAS DE PRECAUCION Y ACCION...

Una Vigilancia de Inundaciones Repentinas significa que se pudieran
desarrollar condiciones que resulten en inundaciones repentinas.
Inundaciones repentinas son una situacion muy peligrosa.

...FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON...

The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* All Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

* Through Thursday afternoon

* There is a high risk for flash flooding across Puerto Rico and
the U.S. Virgin Islands through Thursday afternoon as a very
moist and unstable conditions will prevail during the next day
or so.

* Abundant moisture combined with good upper level dynamics have
increased the potential for heavy rainfall across portions of
Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands during the next day or so.
Additional heavy rains over already saturated soils will likely
result in flash flooding and landslides in areas of steep
terrain.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.

You should monitor for the latest forecasts and be prepared to
take action should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.

* LOCATION...North facing beaches of Puerto Rico, Culebra and
St. Croix.

* TIMING...Through Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Strong currents that can carry even the best
swimmers out to sea.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

There is a high risk of rip currents.

Swim near a lifeguard. If caught in a rip current, relax and
float. Don't swim against the current. If able, swim in a
direction following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face the
shore and call or wave for help.
