HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. EARLIER STORMS PRODUCED 1 TO 2

* AT 346 AM CDT...HEAVY RAINFALL HAS ENDED ACROSS THE WARNED AREA
HOWEVER DOPPLER RADAR AND RAIN GAUGES INDICIATE 3 TO 6 INCHES OF
RAINFALL HAS FALLEN OVER THE WARNED AREA. RUNOFF FROM THIS
