SOUTHEASTERN PIKE COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN OHIO...

* UNTIL 100 AM EDT.

* AT 1104 PM EDT...RADAR INDICATED THAT THUNDERSTORMS HAD PRODUCED
HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE
THAT 1 TO LOCALLY 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN ACROSS PARTS OF
NORTHERN SCIOTO AND SOUTHERN PIKE COUNTY. UP TO ANOTHER INCH OF
RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH 1230 AM. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE
RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO OCCUR.
