WEDNESDAY ABOVE 4500 FEET...
* WHAT...Heavy snow occurring above 5500 feet tonight lowering to
4500 feet Wednesday afternoon. Travel will be very difficult to
impossible, including during the evening. Damage to trees and
power lines is possible. Additional snow accumulations of 10 to
16 inches, with localized amounts up to 23 inches, are expected.
* WHERE...Northern Oregon Cascades.
* WHEN...Until 8 PM Wednesday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Expect significant reductions in
visibility at times.
