...Areas of fog will develop this evening into the overnight hours
across central North Carolina...
Warm moist air will flow northward into central North Carolina
tonight. This warm air over the relatively cool air at the surface
will cause fog to develop. This fog may become dense in spots late
this evening through the overnight hours. The areas of dense fog
will likely linger through early Tuesday morning, potentially
affecting the early morning rush hour.
Be on the lookout for sudden changes in visibility. Visibility
can drop quickly over short distances, especially near rivers,
lakes and other low-lying areas.
