* WINDS...SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45
MPH. WINDS WILL SUBSIDE OVERNIGHT BUT INCREASE QUICKLY AGAIN
AFTER SUNRISE THURSDAY.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...AS LOW AS 9 PERCENT DURING THE AFTERNOON
HOURS.
