RAIN AND SNOWMELT. THIS WILL CAUSE ARROYO AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING
IN THE ADVISORY AREA. 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF UP TO .50 INCHES IS EXPECTED OVER THE AREA.
THIS ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING. THE BRUNEAU AND
OWYHEE RIVERS HAVE SEEN SMALL RISES OVER THE PAST 3 HOURS BUT STILL
