* TIMING...NORTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE STEADILY THIS MORNING AND
WILL REMAIN GUSTY THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST SUSTAINED AT 30 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS 45 TO
50 MPH. LOCALLY STRONGER WINDS EXPECTED ALONG EXPOSED
RIDGETOPS.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL MAY BE DIFFICULT FOR LIGHTWEIGHT AND HIGH
PROFILE VEHICLES ESPECIALLY ALONG EAST TO WEST ORIENTED
HIGHWAYS. MOTORISTS MAY NEED TO EXERCISE CAUTION WHEN DRIVING
STRETCHES OF ROAD AFFECTED BY STRONG AND GUSTY CROSSWINDS.
