...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT MST MONDAY
NIGHT...

* WHAT...Heavy snow and blowing snow expected. Plan on difficult
travel conditions, including during the evening commute
Monday. Tree branches could fall as well. Total snow
accumulations of 6 to 10 inches, with localized amounts up to 12
inches, are expected.

* WHERE...Carbon County Wyoming and the northern Nebraska
Panhandle including the cities of Harrison and Chadron.

* WHEN...Until midnight Monday night.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds gusting as high as 45 mph will
cause areas of blowing and drifting snow. Cold wind chills as
low as 25 below zero will cause frostbite in as little as 30
minutes to exposed skin.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Storm Warning for snow and blowing snow means severe winter
weather conditions are occurring. If you must travel, keep an extra
flashlight, food and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency.
