The National Weather Service in Albany has extended the
* Flood Warning for...
Central Warren County in east central New York...
* Until 1000 AM EST Monday
* At 850 AM EST, emergency management continues to report flooding
along Route 418 between Thurman and Warrensburg, along River Road
in Thurman and along Warrensburg Stony Creek Road at the bottom of
Cameron Road. The flooding was due to an ice jam along the Hudson
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Warrensburg, Thurman Station, and Athol.
A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
Turn around Don't Drown.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM MONDAY TO
7 AM EST TUESDAY...
* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations of a few
hundredths to a tenth of an inch are expected with isolated
amounts up to two tenths of an inch.
* WHERE...In Vermont, Bennington, Western Windham and Eastern
Windham Counties. In New York, Hamilton and Northern Warren
* WHEN...From 1 PM Monday to 7 AM EST Tuesday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The ice will result in very slippery
conditions on sidewalks, roads and bridges, including during the
evening commute on Monday.
A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of freezing rain
will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for slippery roads.
