...HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 AM MST TUESDAY...

* LOCATION...East slopes of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, Sandia
and Manzano Mountains, Raton Ridge and Johnson Mesa, Far
Northeast Highlands, Harding, Eastern San Miguel, and Guadalupe
Counties.

* WINDS...Southwest 35 to 45 mph with gusts 60 mph.

* TIMING...Winds will persist through this evening before
gradually decreasing after midnight.

* VISIBILITY...Locally reduced from blowing snow in the Sangre de
Cristo Mountains. No restrictions expected elsewhere.

* LOCAL IMPACTS...Drivers of vans, campers, trailers, and other
high profile vehicles should exercise extreme caution. Sudden
cross winds are possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remember, A High Wind Warning means damaging winds are imminent
or highly likely. Sustained wind speeds of at least 40 mph or
gusts of 58 mph or more can lead to property damage.

Clines Corners.

* WINDS...Southwest 35 to 45 mph with gusts 60 mph.

* TIMING...Winds will persist overnight before gradually
decreasing by sunrise Tuesday morning.

* VISIBILITY...No significant visibility restrictions are
expected.

* LOCAL IMPACTS...Drivers of vans, campers, trailers, and other
high profile vehicles should exercise extreme caution. Sudden
cross winds are possible.

* LOCATION...Much of the lower elevations of northern and
central New Mexico, including the Albuquerque and Santa Fe
metro areas.

* WINDS...South to southwest 25 to 35 mph with occasional gusts
to 50 mph.

* TIMING...Winds will gradually decrease during the evening
hours.

* VISIBILITY...No significant visibility restrictions are
expected.

* LOCAL IMPACTS...Difficult driving conditions due to strong
crosswinds and localized blowing dust are expected, including
along portions of Interstate 25 and Interstate 40. Drivers of
vans, campers, trailers and other high profile vehicles should
exercise caution.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should exercise caution while travelling. Sudden gusts
of wind may cause you to lose control of your vehicle. Extra
attention should be given to cross winds.
