MORNING...

* LOCATION...Central and South Central Highlands, including
Clines Corners.

* WINDS...West 35 to 45 mph with gusts 60 mph.

* TIMING...Winds will decrease this morning.

* VISIBILITY...No significant visibility restrictions are
expected.

* LOCAL IMPACTS...Drivers of vans, campers, trailers, and other
high profile vehicles should exercise extreme caution. Sudden
cross winds are possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remember, A High Wind Warning means damaging winds are imminent
or highly likely. Sustained wind speeds of at least 40 mph or
gusts of 58 mph or more can lead to property damage.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM MST THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...Snow. Total snow accumulations of up to 1 to 3 inches
are expected.

* WHERE...Santa Fe Metro Area.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM MST Tuesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow packed and icy road conditions. In
addition, areas of poor visibility are likely. Winds gusting as
high as 25 mph will cause areas of blowing and drifting snow.
Roads may become very slippery due to rapidly falling
temperatures, snow and gusty winds.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.

inches in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains..

* WHERE...West Slopes Sangre de Cristo Mountains, Northern and
Southern Sangre de Cristos above 9500 feet including Red River,
and the Upper Rio Grande Valley.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM MST Tuesday.
