STREAMS...CREEKS AND COULEES TO RUN HIGH WITH EXCESSIVE RUNOFF.
HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE FOR MUCH OF TONIGHT BEFORE TAPERING
OFF. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF WILL KEEP STREAMS RUNNING HIGH THROUGH AT
LEAST MID-DAY ON THURSDAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE ELEVATED LEVELS ON
SMALL CREEKS...STREAMS...AND COULEES. THERE WILL ALSO BE PONDING OF
WATER ON COUNTRY ROADS AND FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND
STREAMS.

TO REPORT FLOODING...HAVE THE NEAREST LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY RELAY
YOUR REPORT TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE FORECAST OFFICE.
