REPORTS IN THE 3 TO 5 INCH RANGE HAD ALREADY CAUSED FLOODING.
WITH RIVERS ALREADY IN FLOOD...MANY CREEKS AND STREAMS EITHER
FLOODING OR NEAR BANKFULL...AND MORE RAIN ON THE WAY OVER THE
NEXT 24 TO 36 HOURS...INCLUDING THE POTENTIAL FOR REPEAT HEAVY
RAINS OVER THE SAME AREAS...ADDITIONAL FLASH FLOODING IS
EXPECTED.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD

* Flood Stage is 34.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 36.2 feet by this
afternoon. Additional rises may be possible thereafter.
* Impact...At 38.0 Feet...Heavy agricultural damage begins.

Ferry Road, Barr Road, and the farmland east of the Tiptonville

THE BEST CHANCES FOR SEEING THE STRONGER WIND GUSTS WILL BE ALONG
AND AHEAD OF SMALL LINES OF THUNDERSTORMS MOVING THROUGH THIS
AREA.

THESE WINDS MAY TOSS AROUND LOOSE OBJECTS LEFT OUTDOORS. IN AREAS
THAT HAVE SEEN SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF RAIN RECENTLY...THESE WINDS
