* THROUGH MONDAY EVENING

* THUNDERSTORMS WILL HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE HEAVY RAINFALL
ON ALREADY SATURATED SOILS. 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN BY MONDAY
EVENING IS POSSIBLE.

* BASEMENT FLOODING...RAPID RISES ON CREEKS AND STREAMS...AND ROAD
CLOSURES ARE ALL POSSIBLE FROM HEAVY RAINFALL AND FLASH
FLOODING...SHOULD IT OCCUR.
