WEATHER WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY MORNING THROUGH
THURSDAY EVENING.

* RED FLAG WARNING UNTIL 7 PM THIS EVENING...FIRE WEATHER WATCH
FROM 10 AM TO 7 PM THURSDAY.

* PLAN ON SOUTH WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 40 TO 50 MPH
THE REST OF THIS AFTERNOON. WEST WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH AND GUSTY
ARE EXPECTED LATE THURSDAY MORNING AND AFTERNOON.

* MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL DIP TO NEAR 25 PERCENT THIS
