* BANKFULL STAGE IS 5.0 FEET.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 7.0 FEET.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE TO FALL.
* IMPACT...AT 5.0 FEET...RIVER IS BANKFULL. EXPECT MINOR FLOODING OF
LOW LYING AREAS AND FARMLAND ADJACENT TO THE RIVER
