CONDITIONS OVER MUCH OF NORTHERN LOWER MICHIGAN...AS
TEMPERATURES HAVE CRASHED INTO THE 25 TO 32 DEGREE RANGE. THE
COLDEST TEMPERATURES WERE IN THE LOWEST LYING AREAS AWAY FROM
THE GREAT LAKES.
