* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW WITH BLOWING AND DRIFTING.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 7 INCHES, WITH THE LOWEST AMOUNTS IN
SOUTHERN DELAWARE AND THE LOWER EASTERN MARYLAND SHORE AS THE
HEAVIER SNOW IS EXPECTED TO BE FARTHER TO THE NORTHEAST.

* TIMING...RAIN AT TIMES ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE DELMARVA WILL
CHANGE TO SNOW THIS EVENING. ELSEWHERE, SNOW WILL CONTINUE AT
TIMES AND BECOME STEADIER LATER THIS EVENING THROUGH TUESDAY
MORNING, BEFORE TAPERING OFF TOWARD MIDDAY TUESDAY. THE LAST
AREAS TO CHANGE OVER TO ALL SNOW WILL BE SOUTHERN DELAWARE.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL WILL BE OR BECOME HAZARDOUS THROUGH TONIGHT AND
TUESDAY MORNING.

* WINDS...NORTH 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS 30 TO 40 MPH, WITH THE
HIGHEST WINDS ALONG THE DELAWARE COAST.

* TEMPERATURES...MAINLY IN THE LOWER 20S NORTH, AND THEN
TEMPERATURES DROPPING INTO THE 20S TONIGHT ACROSS EASTERN
MARYLAND AND DELAWARE.

* VISIBILITY...ONE QUARTER TO ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES.

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY MEANS THAT PERIODS OF SNOW WILL CAUSE
TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR SLIPPERY ROADS AND LIMITED
