* TIMING...SNOW WILL OCCUR THROUGH THIS EVENING..MAINLY ACROSS
SOUTHWEST HANCOCK COUNTY. DANGEROUSLY COLD WIND CHILLS ARE
EXPECTED LATE TONIGHT INTO SUNDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...LOCALLY HEAVY SNOWFALL ALONG WITH AREAS OF BLOWING
SNOW WILL RESULT IN DIFFICULT DRIVING CONDITIONS. FROSTBITE
AND HYPOTHERMIA ARE LIKELY IF NOT DRESSED APPROPRIATELY WHILE
