EASTERN UPPER MICHIGAN LATE TONIGHT. MOST AREAS WILL NOT SEE
SIGNIFICANT FROST.

THOSE LIVING IN SOME OF THE NORMALLY COLD SPOTS...INCLUDING OPEN
AND/OR LOW LYING AREAS...WILL BE MOST SUSCEPTIBLE. THESE AREAS MAY
EXPERIENCE PATCHY FROST BETWEEN 3 AM AND 7 AM...AS TEMPERATURES
FALL INTO THE LOWER TO MIDDLE 30S.
