SUSCEPTIBLE TO A FROST EARLY THIS MORNING IF LEFT UNPROTECTED.

* A FROST ADVISORY IS ISSUED WHEN FROST IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP
DURING THE GROWING SEASON. THOSE WITH AGRICULTURAL INTERESTS
