VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM A LINE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS
THE AREA. OVER TWO INCHES OF RAIN MAY HAVE FALLEN OVER THIS AREA
ALREADY...AND RAIN IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT HOUR OR
TWO. ROADWAY AND POOR DRAINAGE FLOODING CAN BE EXPECTED.
