* IMPACTS...THIS STORM WILL SIGNIFICANTLY IMPACT HOLIDAY TRAVEL
MAKING DRIVING DANGEROUS AT TIMES. VISIBILITIES IN HEAVY SNOW
EXPECTED TO BE SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED TO ONE QUARTER MILE OR
LESS AT TIMES.
