EASTERN ORANGE COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN TEXAS...

* UNTIL 1100 PM CDT SUNDAY

* AT 312 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR AND AUTOMATED RAIN GAUGES INDICATED
HEAVY RAIN FALLING ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. 4 TO 6 INCHES OF RAIN
HAS FALLEN ACROSS THE PAST 12 HOURS...WITH ISOLATED LOCATIONS OF 6
TO 8 INCHES ACROSS NORTHERN LAKE CHARLES TO WESTLAKE...AND JUST
EAST OF THE LAKE CHARLES AIRPORT TO BELL CITY. THIS IS IN ADDITION
TO SEVERAL INCHES OF RAIN THAT OCCURRED OVER THE AREA YESTERDAY.
