...HARD FREEZE WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING TO 10 AM
The National Weather Service in New Orleans has issued a Hard
Freeze Warning, which is in effect from 6 PM this evening to
10 AM CST Friday.
* TEMPERATURE...Temperatures below freezing with temperatures this
morning in the teens and 20s, and in the 20s Friday morning.
* DURATION...Most locations will not rise above freezing until
around noon today. Temperatures will quickly dive back into the
20s this evening, and remain below freezing into mid-day Friday.
A Hard Freeze Warning means sub-freezing temperatures are
imminent or highly likely. These conditions will kill crops and
other sensitive vegetation.
