MILES SOUTH OF PRESTONSBURG...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

TORRENTIAL RAIN IS EXPECTED WITH THIS STORM AND WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS
OF 30 MPH AND HALF INCH HAIL ARE ALSO POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.

CAUSE PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS. LOCALIZED FLOODING OF DITCHES
AND POOOR DRAINAGE AREAS IS EXPECTED. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE
