OTTAWA COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS...

* UNTIL 130 AM CDT

* AT 1037 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
HEAVY RAIN WHICH WILL CAUSE FLOODING. UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN
HAVE ALREADY FALLEN. PREVIOUS RAINFALL FROM LAST EVENING HAS
EXACERBATED THE FLOODING THREAT.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
MINNEAPOLIS...BENNINGTON...MILTONVALE...GLASCO...DELPHOS...TESCOTT...
CULVER...WELLS...AURORA...ADA AND NILES.

* AN ADDITIONAL INCH OF RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE THIS EVENING.

* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by early this morning and
continue to rise to near 19.8 feet by early afternoon.The river will
fall below flood stage by early Friday morning.
* Impact...At 19.8 feet...Deck of 50th Road bridge over the Salt Creek
floods.

* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by late Thursday morning and
continue to rise to near 26.0 feet by Friday early afternoon.The
river will fall below flood stage by Saturday morning.
* Impact...At 27.0 feet...Arrowhead Road west of Niles floods.
