* WINDS/VISIBILITY...NORTHWEST WINDS 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS IN
EXCESS OF 45 MPH. VISIBILITIES MAY DROP BELOW ONE QUARTER MILE
FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD WITH NEAR WHITEOUT CONDITIONS POSSIBLE
AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...CONSIDERABLE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW CAN CREATE
TREACHEROUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS AND EVEN LEAD TO NEARLY
IMPOSSIBLE TRAVEL IN SOME AREAS.
