...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT CST
* SHORT TERM TRENDS...Periods of intermittent drizzle or light
rain will eventually give way to freezing drizzle and then
eventually a turn to all snow into midday as temperatures
continue to fall.
* ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...1 to 3 inches.
* WINDS/VISIBILITY...Winds will become north at 20 to 30 mph this
morning with gusts over 40 mph. Visibilities will lower later
today as snow develops and begins to accumulate. Visibilities,
especially in rural areas may drop below one half mile from time
to time by afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Roadways may initially develop minor icing later this
morning and then become snow covered later today. Blowing snow
will reduce visibility by afternoon and this evening creating
hazardous travel conditions.
A Winter Weather Advisory for freezing drizzle and then blowing
snow means that roads may become slick with visibilities then limited
due to strong winds blowing snow. Use caution when traveling later
