A strong cold front will move across eastcentral and middle
Georgia tonight bringing much colder temperatures and areas of
very light snow or snow flurries.
The light snow or flurries will end shortly after sunrise
Wednesday morning. Any snow accumulations will be very light,
generally less than a half inch.
With winds of 10 to 20 mph and temperatures falling into the 20s
and lower 30s, wind chill values will range from 15 to 25.
Temperatures will warm only into the mid to upper 30s for highs

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 5 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO
10 AM EST WEDNESDAY...
* WHAT...Snow expected. Plan on slippery road conditions,
including during the morning commute on Wednesday. Total snow
accumulations of up to 1 inch are expected.
* WHERE...Much of central Georgia.
* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 10 AM EST Wednesday.
* WINDS...Winds will become strong and gusty Wednesday with
northwest winds of 15 to 20 mph gusting to near 25 mph. A Wind
Advisory may be needed for Wednesday.
* TIMING OF SNOW...Light snow will spread across central Georgia
this evening and end early Wednesday morning.
A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
