* WINDS...NORTH 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH...MAINLY NEAR
AND BELOW CANYONS OF THE SANTA YNEZ MOUNTAINS WEST OF GOLETA.

* TIMING...SUNDOWNER WINDS WILL START SUNDAY EVENING AND CONTINUE
DURING THE NIGHT.

* IMPACTS...BLOWING DEBRIS AT TIMES AND CROSS WINDS FOR HIGH
PROFILE VEHICLES AND THOSE PULLING TRAILERS.
