* WINDS: WEST TO NORTHWEST 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO OVER50
MPH. STRONGEST WINDS BELOW PASSES AND THROUGH CANYONS.

* TIMING: WINDS INCREASING SUNDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH EVENING
WITH STRONGEST WINDS LIKELY ON MONDAY AND TUESDAY
