WIND ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM NOON TODAY TO 9 PM PDT
THIS EVENING.

* WINDS AND TIMING...NORTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 20 TO 30
MPH WITH GUSTS TO 40 MPH THIS AFTERNOON...THEN CONTINUE INTO
THE EARLY EVENING HOURS. WINDS WILL BE STRONGEST NEAR THE
IMMEDIATE COAST AND ACROSS HIGHER TERRAIN.

* IMPACTS...MAJOR ROADWAYS THAT WILL LIKELY BE IMPACTED BY THE
