* VISIBILITY...LOCALLY REDUCED BELOW 2 MILES IN BLOWING DUST.

* IMPACTS...DIFFICULTY DRIVING...ESPECIALLY FOR MOTORISTS WITH
HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.

* OUTLOOK...WINDS WILL DECREASE TONIGHT...BUT INCREASE AGAIN
