* AT 1139 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE
WARNED AREA. UP TO ONE INCH OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN. ADDITIONAL
RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN THE WARNED AREA.
