CONDITIONS REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON AKST TUESDAY.

* WIND CHILL VALUES...TO 60 BELOW.

* BLOWING SNOW...REDUCING VISIBILITY TO LESS THAN ONE HALF MILE
AT TIMES.

* TIMING...VERY COLD WIND CHILLS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH NOON
TUESDAY. WINDS WILL INCREASE TODAY AND CONTINUE THROUGH NOON
TUESDAY. BLOWING SNOW WILL REDUCE VISIBILITY TO LESS THAN ONE
HALF MILE AT TIMES THROUGH NOON TUESDAY.

* IMPACTS...EXPOSED FLESH CAN FREEZE IN A SHORT TIME RESULTING
IN FROSTBITE. VISIBILITY WILL BE VERY POOR AND SNOW WILL
