* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...10 TO 15 PERCENT DURING THE AFTERNOON AND
EVENING HOURS TODAY AND SATURDAY RECOVERING ABOVE 50 PERCENT BY
MIDNIGHT EACH NIGHT.
