TALLADEGA...NORTHERN RANDOLPH...SOUTHERN CLEBURNE...NORTHEASTERN CLAY
AND SOUTHERN CALHOUN COUNTIES UNTIL 600 AM CDT...

AT 415 AM CDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED VERY HEAVY
RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA RESULTING IN ROADWAYS BECOMING
IMPASSABLE. OVER THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS PORTIONS OF
THE WARNED AREA...AND AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO TWO INCHES IS POSSIBLE.

RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLASH FLOODING
INCLUDE...COBB TOWN...OXFORD...HEFLIN...CHALAFINNEE...ANNISTON
REGIONAL AIRPORT...BYNUM...DELTA...FOSTERS CROSS ROADS...GRANT
TOWN...HOBSON CITY...HONDA MANUFACTURING OF
ALABAMA...LINCOLN...MORRISON CROSS ROADS...MOUNT CHEAHA...OXFORD
LAKE...RANBURNE...TALLADEGA MUNICIPAL AIRPORT AND TALLADEGA
SUPERSPEEDWAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS
AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY ROADS
AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS...STREAMS AND OTHER LOW LYING
AREAS ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO FLOODING.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY. DO NOT
ENTER THE WATER. TURN AROUND AND MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND. DO NOT
STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
