* LOCATION...STEBBINS SOUTH.

* SURF...WILL PUSH TO THE TOP OF THE BEACH.

* WINDS...WEST WINDS TO 40 MPH.

* TIMING...SURF LEVELS WILL INCREASE TONIGHT AND REMAIN HIGH
THROUGH SUNDAY NIGHT. THE HIGHEST SURF WILL BE SUNDAY
AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL TURN WEST THIS EVENING AND THEN BECOME
VERY STRONG BY EARLY SUNDAY MORNING. WINDS WILL DECREASE
SUNDAY NIGHT.

* IMPACTS...HIGH SURF WILL CAUSE WATER TO WASH TO THE TOP OF THE
BEACH. MINOR BEACH EROSION IS EXPECTED. WATER MAY POOL IN LOW
LYING AREAS IN STEBBINS.

A HIGH SURF ADVISORY MEANS THAT LOCALIZED BEACH EROSION IS

SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Snow and freezing rain south of Anvik. Travel
will be very difficult to impossible. Total snow accumulations
of 8 to 12 inches. Ice accumulation less than one tenth of an
inch south of Anvik.

* WHERE...Lower Yukon Valley.

* WHEN...Heavy snow expected to continue into Sunday. Snow is
expected to mix with freezing rain this evening south of Anvik
and then change back to snow late tonight. Conditions will
improve Sunday late afternoon.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Look for significant reductions in
visibility at times.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Storm Warning means significant amounts of snow, sleet
and ice are occurring. This will make travel very hazardous or
