* TIMING...WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO BECOME STRONG BY LATE THIS
EVENING AND CONTINUE THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 35 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 60 MPH POSSIBLE.

* IMPACTS...MAINLY FOR HIGH PROFILE AND LIGHT WEIGHT VEHICLES
TRAVELING ON EAST TO WEST ORIENTED ROADS. SUDDEN WIND GUSTS
COULD FORCE THESE TYPE OF VEHICLES OFF ROADS.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...WIND GUSTS BETWEEN 30 AND 40 MPH COULD CAUSE
VISIBILITIES UNDER ONE QUARTER OF A MILE IN BLOWING SNOW.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL ALONG INTERSTATE 80 IN THE ARLINGTON AREA
BETWEEN LARAMIE AND RAWLINS WILL BECOME VERY HAZARDOUS. NEAR

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 55 MPH. NEAR
WHITEOUT CONDITIONS ARE LIKELY IN FALLING AND BLOWING SNOW.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL ALONG HIGHWAY 230 BETWEEN WOODS LANDING AND THE
STATE LINE...AND BETWEEN ENCAMPMENT AND THE STATE LINE MAY BE
