THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN RIVERTON HAS ISSUED A WINTER
STORM WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH LATE
TUESDAY NIGHT.

* SUMMARY AND TIMING...SNOW WILL DEVELOP DURING THE EARLY MORNING
HOURS TUESDAY AND WILL LIKELY CONTINUE THROUGH THE DAY TUESDAY
AND INTO TUESDAY NIGHT. TEMPERATURES WILL GRADUALLY WARM DURING
THE EVENING AND IT'S POSSIBLE SOME OF THE LOWEST SPOTS MAY TRY
AND TURN OVER TO A RAIN AND SNOW MIXTURE TUESDAY NIGHT.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 8 INCHES WITH THE HEAVIER AMOUNTS
TOWARDS MOOSE AND MORAN.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...SOUTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH AND GUSTY AT
TIMES...ESPECIALLY NORTH OF JACKSON.

* IMPACTS...ROADS WILL LIKELY BECOME SNOW COVERED AND SLICK
TUESDAY WITH SHARPLY REDUCED VISIBILITY AT TIMES. SOME BLOWING
SNOW IS EVEN POSSIBLE NORTH OF JACKSON OVER THE OPEN AREAS.
TRAVELLERS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR ANOTHER WINTER STORM AND MAKE
APPROPRIATE PLANS.

ON FAVORED NORTHWEST FACING SLOPES.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...WEST 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS OVER 40 MPH
OVER THE RIDGES AND EXPOSED LOCATIONS.

* IMPACTS...TRAVELLERS OVER TETON PASS WILL BE HAMPERED BY HEAVY
SNOW AT TIMES ALONG WITH SLICK ROADS AND SHARPLY REDUCED
VISIBILITIES. SKIERS AND OTHER OUTDOOR ENTHUSIASTS SHOULD BE
PREPARED FOR A SIGNIFICANT SNOWSTORM.
