TONIGHT...

* TIMING...Periods of snow will occur through this evening.
Expect moderate to heavy snow at times.

* TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATION...12 to 18 inches.

* MAIN IMPACT...Slushy to snow packed roads will make travel
difficult on Powder River and Granite Passes. As of 530 AM,
Powder River Pass was closed.

* OTHER IMPACTS...Heavy snow will reduce visibility below a
quarter mile at times.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A winter storm warning means significant amounts of snow, and or
blowing snow are expected or occurring. This could make travel
very hazardous or impossible. If you must travel keep some food,
