PARK...AND MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 35 MPH.

WIND GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS LINE. NEAR WHITEOUT
CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN REPORTED...AS WELL AS QUICK ACCUMULATIONS OF
SNOW ON ROADWAY AND OTHER SURFACES.
