* Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 41.0 feet.
* Forecast...The River will continue rising to near 47.1 feet by this afternoon.
The river will fall below flood stage early afternoon Tuesday.
* At stages near 48.0 feet...The Town of Racine is flooded.
* A crest near 47.1 feet compares to a previous crest of 46.1 feet on March 13

to near 51.9 feet by Monday morning. The river will fall below flood stage by

* At stages near 52.0 feet...Cultivated lands and low sections along the river on
the West Virginia side of the river are flooded.
* A crest near 51.9 feet compares to a previous crest of 51.3 feet on March 13

evening. The river will fall below flood stage by Tuesday Morning.
* At stages near 50.0 feet...Pomeroy businesses along Main Street are flooded.
The park and boat ramp in Mason are flooded.
* A crest near 49.1 feet compares to a previous crest of 50.4 feet on January 9
