* WINDS...Southeast 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph,
especially at elevations greater than 2500 feet.
* TIMING...The highest gusts will be late morning to early
afternoon as showers move in...and again this evening.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds may blow down limbs, trees, and power
lines. Scattered power outages are expected.
