end this morning, but will impact the morning commute.
Additional accumulations of less than one inch are expected.
Expect wind chills to range from 5 above zero to 15 below zero
this morning and again tonight into Thursday morning.

* WHERE...Western Greenbrier County.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 10 AM EST this
morning. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 6 PM this evening
to 10 AM EST Thursday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The cold wind chills will cause frostbite
